Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Reonr hosting, domain, server, email, DNS, SSL, backup, migration, billing, support, and related services.
Legal Review Notice
Prepared as a business legal draft. Review with qualified legal counsel before publication or formal reliance.
1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Service are between Reonr Limited, trading as Reonr, and the customer, account holder, organization, reseller, user, or other person who orders, pays for, accesses, administers, or uses Reonr services.
Business address: Port Harcourt, Rivers, Nigeria. Reonr uses email-based contact channels for legal, support, abuse, privacy, and billing communications.
By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, using the client area, using a service, requesting support, registering or transferring a domain, or allowing another person to use services under your account, you accept these Terms and all policies referenced by them.
If you use Reonr services on behalf of a company, organization, client, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have that authority, you must not order or use the services for that entity.
2. Definitions
"Reonr", "we", "us", and "our" mean Reonr Limited. "Customer", "you", and "your" mean the person or entity using or responsible for the account or services.
"Services" means hosting, domains, servers, DNS, email, SSL, backups, migrations, support, add-ons, licenses, and any related service Reonr provides. "Customer Content" means files, websites, applications, databases, email, DNS records, scripts, code, media, account data, end-user data, and other material you upload, store, transmit, publish, or process through the Services.
"Upstream Provider" means a registrar, registry, data center, payment gateway, bank, network provider, software vendor, control panel vendor, SSL certificate authority, security provider, backup provider, or other third party used to provide the Services.
4. Services Covered
Reonr may provide Web Hosting, cPanel Hosting, WordPress Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Plesk and DirectAdmin control panel licenses, Domain Registration, Domain Transfer, DNS Management, Email services, SSL, Backups, Website migration, Support services, and related products.
Service features, resources, limits, control panel availability, server locations, bandwidth, storage, CPU, memory, backup availability, support level, renewal price, and included add-ons may vary by plan, configuration, billing cycle, promotion, and availability.
Product descriptions are intended to explain the general nature of a service. Exact technical behavior may depend on the platform, vendor, data center, registrar, registry, control panel, license provider, security tool, or other third-party system used to deliver the service.
Service-specific terms, product limits, usage policies, order notes, invoice notes, support scope, and third-party terms may also apply. If a service-specific written term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term applies to that service to the extent of the conflict.
5. Orders and Provisioning
Orders are subject to acceptance by Reonr. An automated order confirmation, invoice, payment receipt, or client area entry does not guarantee that an order has been accepted, approved, completed, or provisioned.
Reonr may delay, manually review, reject, cancel, or reverse an order for fraud risk, abuse risk, payment issues, incorrect pricing, stock or capacity constraints, domain unavailability, third-party provider rejection, compliance concerns, sanctions concerns, or violation of these Terms.
Provisioning times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Some services may require manual review, payment confirmation, identity verification, domain validation, SSL validation, nameserver propagation, migration scheduling, stock availability, or upstream provider approval.
You must review the service details after provisioning. If a provisioned service does not match the order or contains a material configuration issue, you must contact support promptly so Reonr can review and correct the issue where appropriate.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your account, passwords, devices, email accounts, websites, applications, plugins, themes, scripts, databases, control panels, DNS records, servers, API keys, and backups.
You must use Reonr services lawfully and must ensure that your content, customers, users, scripts, mail, domains, and applications comply with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, abuse policies, third-party provider terms, domain authority rules, and applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing invoices, renewal dates, service notices, domain notices, support responses, suspension notices, abuse notices, security notices, and other account communications sent to your account email or displayed in the client area.
You must maintain a working email address on the account. Missed notices caused by outdated, inaccessible, filtered, full, or abandoned email accounts remain your responsibility.
7. Reseller Responsibilities
If you buy reseller hosting or resell Reonr services, you are responsible for your own customers, users, sub-accounts, support obligations, billing, notices, acceptable use enforcement, privacy compliance, and legal compliance.
You must ensure your customers comply with these Terms and Reonr policies. A violation by your customer, sub-account, staff member, contractor, or user may be treated as your violation.
You must not represent yourself as Reonr, make guarantees Reonr has not approved, hide abuse, or prevent Reonr from enforcing policies where infrastructure, legal, security, or provider risk exists.
8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activity
You must not use Reonr services for spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, unlawful content, fraud, payment abuse, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, harassment, network attacks, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, child exploitation material, terrorism-related content, illegal marketplaces, or any activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
You must not interfere with Reonr infrastructure, other customers, upstream providers, data centers, registrars, registries, control panels, security systems, mail systems, payment systems, or third-party networks.
Reonr may investigate, restrict, suspend, terminate, remove, quarantine, or disable content, services, accounts, domains, IP addresses, email, DNS, scripts, or servers where abuse, security risk, legal risk, provider risk, payment risk, or policy violation is suspected.
9. Resource Usage and Fair Use
Hosting resources must be used in a manner consistent with the service type purchased. Shared, reseller, and managed hosting services are not intended for sustained high-load workloads, abusive scripts, public file mirrors, crypto mining, proxy networks, mass mailing, backup dumping, resource resale outside permitted reseller plans, or workloads that degrade service for other customers.
Plans described as unlimited, unmetered, or similar are subject to fair use, technical limits, file count limits, CPU limits, memory limits, mail limits, process limits, inode limits, storage policies, database limits, backup policies, and abuse controls.
Reonr may request optimization, apply throttling, move accounts, require upgrade, restrict features, suspend abusive workloads, or terminate services that create excessive load, security risk, storage abuse, mail reputation damage, network impact, or operational harm.
You may not use storage included with hosting plans primarily as remote backup storage, file archiving, media dumping, or unrelated file distribution unless the plan expressly permits that use.
10. Managed and Unmanaged Services
Unless a service is expressly sold as managed, VPS, dedicated server, cloud server, custom server, and similar infrastructure services may be unmanaged or partially managed. You are responsible for operating system administration, software updates, security hardening, backups, firewall rules, application maintenance, and server configuration unless included in your service scope.
Managed support, where purchased or included, is limited to the stated scope of the plan. Reonr is not responsible for custom code development, third-party application bugs, unsupported software, customer-caused misconfiguration, license limitations, or issues outside the agreed support scope.
Emergency support, recovery work, malware cleanup, custom server work, control panel repair, backup restoration, migration repair, or incident response may be billable if outside the included service scope.
11. Security Responsibilities
You must use strong passwords, protect credentials, maintain current software, remove unused scripts, patch vulnerabilities, configure access controls, and monitor your own websites, servers, users, and applications.
You must promptly notify Reonr if you suspect compromise, malware, phishing, exposed credentials, data breach, unauthorized access, spam abuse, or security incidents affecting your services.
Reonr may reset passwords, disable scripts, block traffic, suspend services, quarantine files, disable mail, restrict control panel access, or take other reasonable measures to protect customers, infrastructure, third-party networks, and public users.
Security tools, malware scanning, SSL, firewalls, backups, monitoring, or patching features reduce risk but do not guarantee complete protection. You remain responsible for your own security posture.
12. Payments, Invoices, and Currency
Fees are due according to the invoice, order form, billing cycle, renewal schedule, and payment method selected. You are responsible for paying all invoices, taxes, payment gateway charges, chargeback fees, bank fees, currency conversion differences, and other applicable charges.
Prices may be shown or charged in supported currencies. Payment gateways may process in a different currency depending on gateway capability, merchant configuration, card issuer, bank, or customer selection. Exchange rates, conversion charges, and card issuer fees may apply.
Services are not considered paid until Reonr receives confirmed payment or valid account credit. Pending, failed, reversed, disputed, refunded, or charged back payments may result in order delay, suspension, reversal, or termination.
Account credit has no cash value unless Reonr expressly agrees or applicable law requires otherwise. Reonr may apply account credit to unpaid invoices, refunds, order corrections, failed domain registration corrections, or other account balances.
13. Taxes and Additional Fees
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, bank charges, international transfer charges, payment gateway charges, card issuer fees, domain restoration fees, late fees, and other charges that apply to your order or location.
If a tax exemption, withholding arrangement, or special tax treatment applies, you must provide valid documentation before payment where required. Reonr may not be able to reverse or reissue invoices after payment if proper documentation was not provided on time.
14. Chargebacks, Reversals, and Payment Disputes
You should contact [email protected] before filing a payment dispute so Reonr can review billing issues, failed services, duplicate payments, or refund requests.
A chargeback, payment reversal, bank dispute, unauthorized payment claim, or payment fraud report may result in immediate suspension or termination of affected services, domain lock or service restriction where allowed, loss of promotional pricing, chargeback fees, manual review, or refusal of future service.
If a chargeback affects a domain, license, dedicated resource, or third-party service that Reonr has already paid for or cannot reverse, you remain responsible for the underlying cost and any applicable recovery fees.
15. Renewals, Late Payment, and Suspension
Services renew according to the billing cycle unless cancelled according to Reonr procedures. You are responsible for renewing services and domains before expiry. Auto-renewal may fail due to payment failure, expired card, insufficient funds, gateway refusal, fraud review, currency issue, or account restrictions.
Reonr may suspend, restrict, or terminate unpaid services after applicable grace periods. Suspended services may stop websites, email, DNS, databases, control panels, APIs, backups, or server access.
Reactivation may require payment of overdue invoices, renewal fees, late fees, restore fees, redemption fees, abuse handling fees, or other charges. Reonr does not guarantee that expired, suspended, terminated, or deleted services can be restored.
Renewal prices may differ from first-term promotional prices. You are responsible for reviewing renewal invoices and renewal pricing before the renewal date.
16. Cancellations
You may request cancellation through the approved client area process or other method accepted by Reonr. Cancellation requests must be submitted before renewal if you do not want a service to renew.
Cancellation of a hosting service does not automatically cancel domain names, third-party licenses, SSL certificates, paid add-ons, dedicated resources, or other separately billed services unless confirmed by Reonr.
When a service is cancelled, data may be deleted, access may be removed, backups may be purged, licenses may be released, and associated configurations may be removed. You must download or migrate your data before cancellation.
Immediate cancellation may cause immediate data loss. End-of-term cancellation keeps the service active until the paid term ends, subject to payment status and policy compliance.
17. Refunds and Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and any specific written offer applicable to the service. Refund eligibility may depend on the service type, billing cycle, reason for cancellation, time since purchase, usage, abuse history, and third-party provider rules.
Domain registrations, domain renewals, domain transfers, redemption fees, SSL certificates, control panel licenses, paid software licenses, dedicated servers, custom services, migration services, setup fees, payment gateway fees, third-party charges, and manually provisioned or consumed services may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Account credit may be issued instead of a cash refund where appropriate, allowed by law, or necessary because of gateway limitations, currency handling, partial service use, failed domain registration correction, tax treatment, or operational constraints.
18. Domain Registration, Renewals, and Transfers
Domain services are subject to the rules of registrars, registries, ICANN, NiRA, country-code registry operators, dispute providers, escrow providers, and other domain authorities that apply to the relevant top-level domain.
You are responsible for providing accurate registrant, administrative, technical, billing, and nameserver information. Inaccurate or outdated domain information may result in verification failure, suspension, transfer failure, renewal failure, dispute exposure, loss of domain rights, or cancellation by a registrar or registry.
Domain transfers may require authorization codes, unlocked status, correct registrant contact information, compliance with transfer policies, and absence of transfer restrictions. Some domains may be ineligible for transfer within certain periods after registration, transfer, expiry, dispute, lock, or registrant information changes.
Registering a domain does not give you ownership of the domain system itself. You receive the right to use the domain for the registration term, subject to registry, registrar, domain authority, dispute, renewal, and policy rules.
19. Domain Availability and Registry Dependency
Domain availability search results are not a guarantee that a domain can be registered, transferred, renewed, or maintained. A domain may become unavailable between lookup, cart addition, checkout, payment, registrar submission, registry processing, or manual review.
If a domain order cannot be completed because the domain is unavailable, restricted, premium-priced, reserved, blocked, rejected, already registered, or refused by an upstream provider, Reonr may cancel or adjust that part of the order and may issue account credit or refund according to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Domain terms, renewals, grace periods, redemption periods, restoration fees, premium pricing, privacy availability, transfer eligibility, contact publication, DNSSEC support, and nameserver rules vary by TLD and by registry or registrar policy.
20. Domain Expiry, Grace Periods, and Recovery
You are responsible for renewing domain names before expiry. Reonr may send renewal reminders, but failure to receive a reminder does not remove your responsibility to renew on time.
After expiry, a domain may stop resolving, enter an expired state, be parked, be placed on hold, enter a grace period, enter redemption, become subject to restore fees, be auctioned, be released, or become available to another registrant depending on registry and registrar rules.
Reonr does not guarantee that an expired domain can be recovered. Recovery may require payment of renewal fees, redemption fees, restore fees, manual processing fees, or other provider charges. Some TLDs have no grace period or have rules that differ from generic domain policies.
21. DNS, Email, and IP Addresses
DNS changes, nameserver changes, email routing changes, domain transfers, SSL changes, and IP changes may require propagation time and may temporarily affect website, email, or application availability.
IP addresses assigned to services remain controlled by Reonr or its upstream providers unless expressly stated otherwise. Reonr may change, remove, blacklist-check, reassign, or route IP addresses where required for technical, security, compliance, abuse, network, or provider reasons.
You are responsible for proper email use, list hygiene, sender authentication, bounce handling, unsubscribe compliance, mail reputation, and avoiding spam or bulk mail abuse.
Dedicated IP addresses, reverse DNS, mail relay, deliverability support, and DNS management may be subject to approval, provider limits, reputation checks, or additional requirements.
22. SSL Certificates
SSL certificate issuance, renewal, validation, revocation, and browser trust depend on certificate authorities, domain validation, DNS or file validation, email validation, account configuration, and certificate authority rules.
You are responsible for maintaining valid domain control and completing required validation steps. Reonr is not responsible for SSL failure caused by invalid DNS, failed validation, expired domains, customer configuration, third-party provider changes, or unsupported software.
23. Backups and Data Loss
Backup features may vary by service, plan, storage level, account size, server configuration, and backup provider. Backups may fail, be incomplete, be overwritten, be excluded because of size or policy limits, or be unavailable after cancellation, suspension, termination, compromise, or storage failure.
You remain responsible for maintaining independent and current backups of websites, files, databases, emails, applications, configurations, customer records, and business data. Reonr-provided backups are not a substitute for your own backup process unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.
Reonr is not responsible for data loss caused by customer error, compromised accounts, malware, unsupported software, third-party failures, unpaid invoices, cancellation, suspension, termination, force majeure, or events outside reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
24. Customer Content and Hosted Data
You retain ownership of content and data you upload, store, publish, transmit, or process through Reonr services, subject to rights you grant Reonr to host, transmit, copy, back up, scan, cache, process, secure, support, and deliver the services.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, licenses, and lawful bases necessary for content, data, software, and materials you use with Reonr services.
Reonr does not pre-screen all customer content. Reonr may, however, review, remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose content where required for support, security, legal compliance, abuse handling, service operation, domain authority rules, provider requirements, or enforcement of these Terms.
25. Support and Migrations
Support is provided according to the service scope, support channels, support hours, technical feasibility, account status, and plan level. Reonr may require verification before discussing account, billing, domain, or technical details.
Migration assistance, where offered, depends on access to the source service, compatibility, data size, source server condition, control panel support, DNS readiness, application behavior, and third-party restrictions. Reonr does not guarantee that every website, mailbox, database, DNS zone, script, or configuration can be migrated without issue.
You are responsible for testing migrated services, updating DNS, checking email delivery, reviewing application behavior, maintaining source backups, and reporting issues promptly.
Support does not include custom development, design work, business consulting, legal advice, full security auditing, SEO guarantees, third-party application ownership, or work outside the purchased support scope unless separately agreed.
26. Third-Party Providers and Software
Reonr services may depend on third-party providers, including registrars, registries, data centers, network providers, payment gateways, banks, control panels, SSL certificate authorities, backup providers, security vendors, operating system vendors, software vendors, email providers, DNS providers, monitoring tools, and license providers.
Third-party providers may change pricing, terms, availability, features, APIs, policies, validation rules, licensing, capacity, or service behavior. Reonr is not responsible for third-party failures, delays, rejections, suspensions, outages, policy changes, or price changes outside Reonr's reasonable control.
You must comply with applicable third-party license terms and provider rules. Reonr may suspend or modify services where required by a provider, license restriction, registrar, registry, payment gateway, data center, security vendor, court order, regulator, or lawful authority.
27. Abuse Handling and Enforcement
Reonr may investigate reports of spam, phishing, malware, botnets, copyright infringement, trademark abuse, illegal content, network attacks, unauthorized access, fraud, child exploitation material, domain abuse, email abuse, server compromise, or other harmful activity.
Enforcement may include warnings, ticket requests, disabling outbound mail, suspending websites, null-routing IPs, disabling DNS, locking domains, disabling control panel access, removing files, quarantining malware, requiring identity verification, terminating services, or reporting activity to providers or authorities.
Urgent threats may be acted on without prior notice where necessary to protect users, infrastructure, third-party networks, legal compliance, or public safety. Abuse reports should be sent to [email protected].
28. Suspension and Termination
Reonr may suspend, restrict, or terminate services for non-payment, chargeback, fraud risk, abuse, legal risk, violation of these Terms, inaccurate account information, excessive resource use, security compromise, provider requirement, court order, law enforcement request, sanctions concern, or threat to infrastructure.
Suspension may interrupt websites, email, DNS, control panel access, database access, backups, API access, and related services. Termination may result in deletion of data, release of resources, cancellation of licenses, and loss of access.
Reonr may refuse future service to customers or related accounts involved in abuse, fraud, threats, repeated violations, chargebacks, unlawful activity, or conduct that creates unreasonable business or security risk.
Termination does not remove your obligation to pay amounts already due, third-party costs already incurred, chargeback fees, abuse handling fees, restore fees, or non-refundable service costs.
29. Privacy and Data Protection
Reonr processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Domain services may require processing and sharing of registrant data with registrars, registries, escrow providers, verification providers, WHOIS/RDAP systems, dispute providers, and domain authorities.
Customers are responsible for privacy compliance for websites, applications, databases, forms, email lists, stores, and end-user data they host or process through Reonr services.
Where Reonr processes hosted data on behalf of a customer, the customer is responsible for lawful instructions, notices, consents, data subject requests, and compliance obligations relating to that hosted data.
30. Confidentiality and Account Access
Reonr may access account, service, server, domain, DNS, email, file, log, or database information where reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain services, investigate abuse, secure infrastructure, comply with law, process billing, respond to privacy or legal requests, or enforce these Terms.
Reonr handles personal data according to the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 where applicable.
Credentials voluntarily provided to Reonr for support or migration should be temporary where possible and should be changed after the work is completed. You remain responsible for controlling who has access to your systems.
31. Service Availability and Maintenance
Reonr aims to provide reliable services, but no hosting, server, DNS, email, payment, registry, registrar, network, or internet service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Maintenance may be scheduled or emergency. Reonr may perform updates, repairs, migrations, security actions, reboots, replacements, network changes, software changes, or provider-driven maintenance that affects service availability.
Reonr may take urgent action without advance notice where needed to protect security, availability, legal compliance, customer data, third-party networks, domain services, payment systems, or infrastructure integrity.
32. Service Levels and Credits
Service credits, if any, are available only where expressly provided in a written service level agreement, product policy, or specific written offer. Public uptime statements are not a standalone service credit promise unless they are tied to a published credit policy.
Credits, where available, are normally the exclusive remedy for the covered outage and may not apply to maintenance, customer error, third-party failure, abuse mitigation, force majeure, DNS propagation, domain registry issues, payment gateway issues, software bugs, or events outside Reonr's reasonable control.
33. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Reonr does not guarantee that services will meet every customer requirement, operate without interruption, prevent every security incident, preserve every backup, deliver every email, or be compatible with every application, plugin, theme, script, or third-party service.
Reonr does not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, domain dispute, cybersecurity certification, or compliance advice unless expressly agreed in writing. Customers should obtain professional advice for their specific obligations.
34. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reonr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, replacement costs, service interruption, security incidents, third-party claims, failed domain registration, failed domain renewal, domain loss, email deliverability issues, or payment gateway failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reonr's total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the period specified by applicable law or, if no period is required, the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
35. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reonr, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, services, users, customers, account activity, domain registrations, hosted data, legal violations, payment disputes, abuse, security compromise, reseller activity, or breach of these Terms.
36. Sanctions, Export, and Restricted Use
You must not use Reonr services in violation of trade sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering rules, anti-bribery rules, terrorism financing rules, payment network rules, or other applicable restrictions.
Reonr may reject, suspend, or terminate services where required by law, payment provider rules, upstream provider rules, or reasonable sanctions and compliance screening.
37. Force Majeure
Reonr is not responsible for delay, failure, outage, data loss, non-performance, or interruption caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failure, internet failure, data center incident, upstream provider failure, cyberattack, war, civil unrest, labor dispute, government action, regulatory action, payment network disruption, registry failure, registrar failure, or force majeure event.
38. Assignment and Transfer
You may not assign, transfer, resell outside permitted reseller arrangements, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without Reonr's prior written consent.
Reonr may assign or transfer these Terms, accounts, services, contracts, infrastructure, or related rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, provider change, or business transfer, subject to applicable law.
39. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. The invalid part should be interpreted or replaced in a way that best reflects the original purpose while remaining enforceable.
Failure by Reonr to enforce a term immediately does not waive Reonr's right to enforce that term later. These Terms, together with referenced policies, invoices, order terms, and service-specific terms, form the agreement between you and Reonr for the Services.
If these Terms conflict with a policy referenced in them on a matter that policy specifically addresses, the referenced policy applies to that matter to the extent of the conflict. If a signed written agreement between you and Reonr conflicts with these Terms or a referenced policy, the signed written agreement applies to the extent of the conflict.
40. Changes to Services, Prices, and Terms
Reonr may update services, features, prices, renewal rates, plan limits, provider options, policies, and these Terms from time to time. Changes may be required because of business needs, provider changes, legal requirements, security issues, infrastructure changes, currency changes, or market conditions.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must stop using the services and cancel according to the cancellation process.
41. Notices
Reonr may send notices through the client area, email, invoice messages, service alerts, support tickets, website notices, or other reasonable methods. Notices sent to the email address on your account are considered delivered when sent, unless Reonr receives a delivery failure.
You must keep your contact information current. Reonr is not responsible for missed invoices, missed renewals, missed suspension notices, missed domain notices, missed legal notices, missed abuse notices, or missed security notices caused by outdated or inaccessible contact information.
42. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nigeria, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to that, the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, without limiting either party's ability to seek urgent relief in another competent court where necessary.
Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disputes through support, billing, or legal contact channels. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent relief for abuse, security threats, intellectual property claims, non-payment, unlawful activity, or infrastructure risk.
