Disclaimer
This Disclaimer explains important limits on Reonr website information, service descriptions, technical guidance, domain searches, third-party services, availability, security, backups, and customer decisions.
Legal Review Notice
Prepared as a business legal draft. Review with qualified legal counsel before publication or formal reliance.
1. Introduction
This Disclaimer applies to websites, legal pages, product pages, domain pages, checkout pages, client area content, support materials, knowledge base articles, technical guidance, service descriptions, status information, emails, and communications operated or published by Reonr Limited, trading as Reonr.
By using Reonr websites or services, you acknowledge that hosting, domains, servers, DNS, email, SSL, backups, payments, security, and internet infrastructure involve technical dependencies, third-party systems, and risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
2. Business Draft Notice
This Disclaimer is prepared for legal review. It is not represented as wording that has been reviewed and approved by legal counsel. Reonr should confirm jurisdiction-specific requirements, consumer protection rules, hosting obligations, domain authority requirements, and enforceability before publication or formal reliance.
3. Website Information
Reonr aims to keep website information accurate and current, but errors, omissions, outdated information, display issues, typographical mistakes, pricing mistakes, plan changes, technical changes, and configuration differences may occur.
Website content is provided for general information only. The final terms of a service are determined by the applicable order, invoice, service configuration, published policies, active product settings, and written confirmations from Reonr.
4. Service Descriptions and Features
Plan descriptions, feature lists, comparison tables, screenshots, performance statements, storage labels, control panel names, and resource summaries are intended to explain the general nature of a service.
Actual service behavior may vary based on plan, location, server, control panel, operating system, resource limits, upstream provider, registrar, registry, software license, security tool, data center, payment gateway, or customer configuration.
Reonr may update, improve, replace, remove, or reconfigure features where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, provider changes, abuse control, platform changes, or product development.
5. Pricing, Promotions, and Estimates
Prices, discounts, promotions, renewal rates, taxes, exchange rates, payment gateway charges, setup fees, and third-party costs may change. Promotional prices may apply only to the initial term, selected billing cycles, selected products, selected customers, or specific dates.
Tax, currency conversion, payment gateway, and renewal information shown on public pages or during checkout may be estimates until an invoice is generated and payment is processed. Bank charges, card issuer charges, foreign exchange differences, and gateway fees may apply outside Reonr's control.
Reonr may correct pricing or configuration errors before or after checkout where an error is obvious, caused by a system issue, caused by third-party data, or inconsistent with the intended product setup.
6. No Professional Advice
Reonr content, support responses, tutorials, product recommendations, security suggestions, domain suggestions, migration guidance, DNS guidance, and configuration examples are provided for general technical and operational information.
They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, financial, cybersecurity certification, domain dispute, compliance, or professional advice. You should obtain qualified professional advice for your specific business, legal, tax, data protection, security, or compliance obligations.
7. Technical Guidance and Tutorials
Technical guidance may depend on software version, control panel version, operating system, plugin, theme, server configuration, DNS provider, registrar, application settings, user permissions, and third-party updates.
Commands, configuration examples, DNS examples, migration steps, security settings, and troubleshooting instructions should be reviewed and tested carefully before use. You are responsible for confirming that any technical action is appropriate for your environment and for maintaining backups before changes are made.
8. Service Availability
No hosting, domain, DNS, email, SSL, backup, payment, network, data center, internet, or software service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Service interruptions may result from maintenance, emergency repairs, abuse mitigation, software issues, hardware failure, upstream provider issues, registry or registrar issues, DNS propagation, payment gateway issues, cyberattacks, force majeure events, customer configuration, or events outside Reonr's reasonable control.
9. Domain Services
Domain registration, transfer, renewal, restoration, DNS publication, WHOIS/RDAP data, privacy availability, premium pricing, and registrant verification depend on registrars, registries, ICANN, NiRA, country-code domain authorities, and other domain providers.
Reonr cannot guarantee that a domain will remain available, be accepted by a registry, pass verification, avoid dispute, avoid suspension, transfer successfully, renew successfully after expiry, or remain free from third-party claims.
10. Domain Search Results
Domain search results, availability checks, premium price checks, suggestions, and recommendations are informational and may change before registration is completed. Availability can change between search, cart addition, checkout, payment, registrar submission, and registry confirmation.
A domain is not registered to you until the applicable registrar or registry confirms the completed registration. If a domain becomes unavailable or is rejected after payment, Reonr may cancel or adjust that part of the order and handle payment correction according to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
11. Security Disclaimer
Reonr may provide security tools, SSL options, malware scanning, firewalls, backups, monitoring, patching assistance, or security guidance depending on the service. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete protection against compromise, malware, phishing, data loss, credential theft, unauthorized access, spam abuse, or cyberattacks.
You remain responsible for securing your own accounts, passwords, devices, websites, applications, plugins, themes, scripts, databases, users, mailboxes, APIs, DNS records, and administrative access.
12. Backup Disclaimer
Backup features may vary by service and may be subject to storage limits, account size limits, file exclusions, retention periods, backup schedules, provider failures, technical errors, malware, suspension, cancellation, or termination.
Reonr-provided backups are not a substitute for your own independent backup process unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. You should maintain current off-platform backups of websites, databases, files, email, application data, and business records.
13. Migration Disclaimer
Website, email, DNS, database, application, and server migrations depend on source access, source server condition, platform compatibility, data size, software versions, control panels, DNS timing, malware status, and third-party restrictions.
Reonr does not guarantee that every migration will be complete, error-free, downtime-free, or compatible with the destination environment. You are responsible for testing migrated services and reporting issues promptly.
14. Third-Party Services
Reonr services may depend on third-party providers, including domain registrars, registries, data centers, network providers, payment gateways, banks, control panel vendors, SSL certificate authorities, backup providers, security vendors, email providers, DNS providers, monitoring tools, software vendors, and license providers.
Third-party providers may change their terms, pricing, features, uptime, APIs, rules, validation processes, availability, support, or service behavior. Reonr is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, delays, rejections, suspensions, policy changes, or failures outside Reonr's reasonable control.
15. Payment Disclaimer
Payment processing depends on payment gateways, banks, card networks, fraud-screening systems, currency support, merchant configuration, customer details, and payment provider availability.
Reonr does not guarantee that every payment method, currency, card, bank, or gateway will be available or accepted at all times. A payment may be delayed, declined, reversed, disputed, refunded, or held by a provider outside Reonr's control.
16. Customer Content
Customer websites, applications, databases, files, emails, domains, scripts, plugins, themes, stores, and hosted materials are controlled by the customer. Reonr does not endorse, approve, verify, or assume responsibility for customer content merely because it is hosted on Reonr infrastructure.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their content and services are lawful, secure, properly licensed, accurate, backed up, and compliant with applicable laws and Reonr policies.
17. Customer-Hosted Websites
Websites operated by Reonr customers may have their own privacy practices, cookie practices, terms, products, payment systems, security controls, and legal responsibilities. Visitors should review the policies of the specific website they are using.
Reonr may take action against customer-hosted websites when required by law, abuse reports, security risk, third-party provider requirements, or Reonr policies, but Reonr does not monitor or pre-approve all customer-hosted content.
18. Automated Tools and Suggestions
Reonr may use automated or semi-automated tools for domain suggestions, domain availability checks, fraud review, abuse detection, malware detection, spam filtering, order review, search ranking, support routing, and service recommendations.
Automated outputs are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or dependent on third-party data. You should review recommendations and service choices before relying on them.
Domain value estimates are also governed by the Domain Appraisal Policy.
19. External Links
Reonr websites, support materials, invoices, emails, or legal pages may link to third-party websites, tools, registrars, registries, payment pages, documentation, control panels, software providers, or public resources.
External links are provided for convenience or service operation. Reonr is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, legality, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
20. Relationship With Other Policies
This Disclaimer should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Hosting Abuse Policy, Domain Abuse Policy, and Copyright / Takedown Policy.
If there is a conflict between this Disclaimer and a signed written agreement or a policy that expressly governs a specific service issue, the more specific written document will apply to that issue to the extent of the conflict.
21. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reonr disclaims warranties, representations, and guarantees not expressly stated in a written agreement or applicable mandatory law.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
22. Changes to This Disclaimer
Reonr may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect legal, operational, technical, provider, security, or business changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
